Celebrating the achievements of women in the worlds of sports and fashion with Nike
As part of the design team at Rosie Lee, we were asked to design the Nike Lounge, a multi-purpose experience during Paris Fashion Week SS19 that welcomed athletes and icons, giving them the chance to connect and preview the best of Nike’s women’s collab collections.

As part of the design team at Rosie Lee, we were asked to design the Nike Lounge, a multi-purpose experience during Paris Fashion Week SS19 that welcomed athletes and icons, giving them the chance to connect and preview the best of Nike’s women’s collab collections.
A multi-room 3D light sculpture was shown across the venue. The design was drawn from distorted pitch markings and - through the combination with Sabine Marcelis' well- known candy cubes - celebrated femininity and power.
The six rooms included the Nike ‘Unlaced’ area, curated by ex-Colette founder Sarah Andelman, which deconstructed French furniture to create a footwear display, and sports memorabilia from iconic moments in women’s sports that were juxtaposed with new designs by Virgil Abloh.
