The owners love cooking and entertaining, so a four meter long dining table and custom bench was designed for long dinners with family and friends. The kitchen was refurnished with walnut wooden cabinetry and a monolithic bar in silver travertin.
The design aims to connect the building's heritage with today's comforts: rooted in the past, connected to the future. To emphasize the building's historic character, the exposed wooden beam structure was darkened and juxtaposed with materials such as chalk plaster, mineral stone and linen. Together it promotes a sense of timeless harmony.

Centerpiece in the living area is the softest lounge area one can think of. Cini Boeri's Strips sofa modules were placed inside a custom monolithic volume to create a natural separation with the dining area. With the amazing sheepskin rug by Landscapes in Wool at your feet, getting off this sofa won't be easy.
